Simon Robin
President
Simon serves as Hardent’s CEO and CTO, overseeing general management of the company while remaining actively involved in research and development efforts. Simon completed a bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a masters in Microelectronics at the École Polytechnique of Montreal. Prior to founding Hardent in 2002, Simon gained broad engineering and management experience while working in successively challenging positions at PMC-Sierra and various telecommunications equipment vendors.
Michel Turgeon
Sales & Business Development
Michel is head of Hardent's Sales, Marketing and Business Development, with overall responsibility for managing pre- and post-sales customer engagements across North America. Over the course of his career, Michel has held a variety of senior account manager and business development roles in companies representing leading manufacturers such as Texas Instruments, Toshiba and Xilinx.
Sylvie Robin
Finance and Administration
Sylvie is in charge of all activities related to Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal, she has been a member of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) since 1996. Prior to joining Hardent, she held accounting management positions in companies such as Gaz Métropolitain, Borden Foods and Ivaco.
